CMA-CGM and Hapag-Lloyd raised freight rates respectively! 

Marseille-based container carrier CMA CGM will impose a peak season surcharge on routes from northern Europe, the Mediterranean, North Africa, North America, Latin America, the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent to Senegal's port of Dakar.

The surcharge is 200 euros per case/GB 175 pounds/$210 and only applies to dry goods. 

CMA CGM will take effect from November 13th until further notice, and this surcharge will be implemented on goods originating in North America and Latin America from December 5th.

In addition, Beurotte recently announced a new general rate increase (GRI)/general rate adjustment (GRA) for routes from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh to the east and west coasts of the United States.

The $200/case increase will apply to 20'and 40' dry, refrigerated and special container shipments, including high cube equipment.

The updated price will take effect from December 1st until further notice.

       更新后的价格将于12月1日起生效，直至另行通知为止。
