South Korea's automobile exports rose by 28.7% in August

South Korea's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Resources recently said that South Korea's automobile exports increased by 28.7% year-on-year in August, thanks to the strong global demand for electric vehicles and other environmentally friendly vehicles.

Data show that South Korea's auto exports rose to $5.29 billion in August from $4.12 billion in the same month last year, the highest in the same month in history. As of August, South Korea's auto exports maintained double-digit year-on-year growth for 14 consecutive months. In the first eight months of this year, auto exports increased by 39.5% year-on-year to reach $46.85 billion.

韩国8月汽车出口额题升28.7%

       韩国产业通商资源部近日称，8月份韩国汽车出口同比增长28.7%,得益于全球对电动汽车和其他环保汽车的强劲需求。

       数据显示，韩国8月汽车出口总额从上年同期的41.2亿美元增至52.9亿美元，创历史同月最高。截至8月，韩国汽车出口连续14个月保持两位数的同比增长。今年前8个月汽车出口额同比增长39.5%,已达到468.5亿美元。
