Shenzhen's exports increased by 19.4% in the first eight months 

According to Shenzhen Customs, in the first eight months of 2023, Shenzhen's cumulative import and export was 2.37 trillion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 8.1% year-on-year (the same below), higher than that of the whole country and GuangdongProvincial level.

In August alone, Shenzhen's import and export reached 364.56 billion yuan, an increase of 29.4%. Among them, exports were 243.11 billion yuan, an increase of 48.1%; Imports reached 121.45 billion yuan, an increase of 3.3%.

Private enterprises have become the main driving force for Shenzhen's foreign trade growth. In the first eight months, the import and export of private enterprises in Shenzhen reached 1.55 trillion yuan, an increase of 15.6%, accounting for 65.3%, driving Shenzhen's foreign trade growth by 9.5 percentage points in the same period.

In terms of product categories, the export of mechanical and electrical products accounted for over 70%, and the export of electric manned vehicles increased over 6 times. On the import side, mechanical and electrical products accounted for nearly 80%, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment was imported exponentially, with the import value exceeding 10 billion. 

深圳前8月出口增长19.4%

       据深圳海关统计，2023年前8个月，深圳累计进出口2.37万亿元，同比增长8.1%,高于全国及广东省水平。

       只看8月份，深圳进出口3645.6亿元，增长29.4%。其中，出口2431.1亿元，增长48.1%，进口1214.5亿元，增长3.3%。

       民营企业成为深圳外贸增长的主要推动力量。前8个月，深圳民营企业进出口1.55万亿元，增长15.6%,占65.3%,拉动同期深圳市外贸增长9.5个百分点。

       从产品门类看，机电产品出口占比超7成，电动载人汽车出口增长超6倍。进口方面，机电产品占比近八成，半导体制造设备成倍进口，进口额超百亿。
