India's exports of electronic products increased by 56% in the second quarter

According to the Economic Times, India's electronic products became India's fourth largest export product in the second quarter of 2023, jumping two places and becoming the fastest-growing export product. According to the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry, India's electronic products exports increased by over 56% in the second quarter to 572.2024 billion rupees (about 6.978 billion US dollars), compared with 365.3318 billion rupees (about 4.455 billion US dollars) in the same period last year.

In fact, electronics is the only sector in the top five export categories that has seen growth.
