Leap to the top in the world! In 2023, China exported 4.91 million vehicles 

According to the statistics of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in 2023, China exported 4.91 million vehicles, up 57.9% year-on-year, and the contribution rate of exports to the growth of total automobile sales reached 55.7%. The production and sales of new energy vehicles, mainly electric vehicles, were 9.59 million and 9.49 million respectively, up 35.8% and 37.9% respectively.

In addition, according to the latest forecast of Japan Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Japan's automobile export volume in 2023 is about 4.3 million vehicles, which means that China's automobile export volume will surpass Japan in 2023 and become the world's largest automobile exporter.

New energy vehicles have contributed to the remarkable achievements made by Chinese automobiles in speeding up the sea. Data show that China exported 1.2 million new energy vehicles in 2023, up 77.6% year-on-year.

With the expansion of China's automobile export scale, domestic enterprises are gradually making efforts in automobile transportation. A few days ago, BYD Explorer 1, the first automobile carrier of Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD, was put into operation to export automobiles to Europe.

BYD Explorer 1 is the first transport ship operated by BYD to export Chinese-made cars. The ship will be delivered at Longkou Port, docked and loaded at Yantai Port, then went to Shenzhen to continue small-scale loading, and then sailed to Europe. It is understood that building its own car transport fleet has become one of BYD's important strategies.

At present, automobile carriers are in a strong market, and the charter market is quite hot. With the soaring of domestic automobile exports, in order to alleviate the shortage of automobile export capacity, domestic related enterprises are increasing automobile export capacity and flexibly ensuring the stability of automobile export supply chain. 

跃居全球第一！2023年中国汽车出口491万辆

       据中国汽车工业协会统计数据显示，2023年中国汽车出口491万辆，同比增57.9%，出口对汽车总销量增长的贡献率达到55.7%。以电动汽车为主的新能源汽车产销量分别为959万辆和949万辆，分别增长35.8%和37.9%。

       另外，根据日本汽车工业协会最新预测，日本2023年全年汽车出口量约为430万辆，这也就意味着2023年中国汽车出口量超越日本，将跃升世界第一大汽车出口国。

       在中国汽车加速出海取得的亮眼成绩中，新能源汽车可谓是功不可没。数据显示，2023年中国新能源汽车出口120万辆，同比增长77.6%。

       伴随着我国汽车出口规模的扩大，国内企业也逐渐在汽车运输方面发力。前几日，中国电动汽车制造商比亚迪的首个汽车运输船“比亚迪探索者1号”已经投入运营，向欧洲出口汽车。

       比亚迪探索者1号是比亚迪运营的第一船出口中国制造汽车的运输船。这艘船将于龙口港交付，在烟台港停靠并装载，随后前往深圳继续小规模装载，之后会驶往欧洲。据了解，打造自有汽车运输船队，已成为比亚迪的重要战略之一。

       目前，汽车运输船正处于强劲的市场行情，租船市场相当火爆。伴随国内汽车出口高涨，为缓解汽车出口运力紧张难题，国内相关企业正加大汽车出口运力，灵活保障汽车出口供应链稳定。
