DHL Express: US Airline Hub Strike Ends! 

At Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), DHL Express Company experienced a 12-day workers' strike, which recently ended in a temporary agreement between the union and the company.

The interim agreement, which covers 1,100 workers at CVG airport, has the immediate effect of ending a 12-day strike on unfair labor practices. "After DHLExpress was forced to strike, our local 100 truck drivers quickly reached an interim agreement to protect the interests of our members at CVG." the union stressed.

The interim agreement was reached after full-day negotiations, covering key aspects such as workplace safety, wage level and welfare improvement.

The union said it had ensured that the tentative agreement met the expectations and needs of workers, and would continue to negotiate with the company before the final agreement was submitted to CVG's local 100 members for approval.

The strike has seriously affected the operation of DHL Express Company, but after the interim agreement is reached, the company is expected to resume normal operation as soon as possible. At the same time, the trade union will continue to pay attention to the performance of the company to ensure that workers' rights and interests are fully implemented.

       工会表示，他们已经确保了这项暂定协议能够满足工人们的期望和需求，并且在最终的协议提交给CVG当地的100名成员进行批准投票之前，将继续与公司方面进行確商。

       这场罢工对DHL快递公司的运营造成了严重影响，但在临时协议达成后，公司有望尽快恢复正常运营。与此同时，工会也将继续关注公司的履约情况，以确保工人权益得到全面落实。
