South Korea exported 225,420 vehicles in October, an increase of 8.6% year-on-year and a new high 

South Korea's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Resources recently released data, January-October auto exports totaled US $57.96 billion, a year-on-year increase of 33.9 percent.

Due to the strong overseas demand for environmentally friendly cars and high-end models, the automobile export value in October reached a record high of 5.88 billion US dollars in the same period, an increase of 19.8% year-on-year; The export volume was 225,420 vehicles, up 8.6% year-on-year. 

Separately, South Korea produced 341,019 vehicles in October, up 3.9 percent year-on-year. Full-year production is expected to break the 4 million mark after 2018.

South Korea's export volume and export volume have maintained double-digit high growth for four consecutive months. Looking at new energy vehicles alone, the export volume increased by 36.1% year-on-year to 52,279 vehicles. The export volume increased by 27.1% to US $1.45 billion, the second highest in a single month of all previous years, accounting for 25.1% of the total export volume of automobiles, a record high. 

韩国10月汽车出口22.542万辆，同比增长8.6%再创新高

       韩国产业通商资源部近日发布数据，今年1月-10月汽车累计出口额579.6亿美元，同比增长33.9%。

       由于海外对环保汽车和高档车型的需求强劲，10月汽车出口额58.8亿美元创同期历新高，同比增长19.8%；出口数量22.542万辆，同比增长8.6%。

       另外，韩国10月汽车产量34.1019万辆，同比增长3.9%。全年产量有望继2018年之后再破400万辆大关。

       韩国出口量和出口额均连续4个月保持两位数高增长。单看新能源车，出口量同比增长36.1%，为5.2279万辆。出口额增27.1%，为14.5亿美元，为历年单月第二高纪录，在汽车总出口量中所占比重为25.1%,创历史新高。

       汽车出口的整体增长主要是由对环保车型的强劲需求带动的，这些车型的出口飘升了21.4%,达到17.5亿美元。
