Black Five is coming! Amazon may face the largest strike!

Recently, Amazon employees announced at the "Make Amazon Pay" summit that they will strike in more than 30 countries including Britain on Black Five this year.

A spokesman for Progressive International said that this year's strike action may be the most influential so far, which means that Amazon's order distribution in peak season may be more damaged.

As Black Five approaches, Amazon must urgently consider their priorities or strike action could cause disruption to customers and the public.

It is worth mentioning that Amazon announced that it will invest 170 million pounds from October 15th to raise the minimum wage of Amazon's front-line employees, but the specific salary depends on the location.

The hourly wage of front-line operators in the UK has been raised to 11.80 pounds. By April 2024, Amazon will further increase the salary to 12.30-13.00 pounds per hour, depending on the worker's location.

       近日，亚马逊员工在"Make Amazon Pay"峰会上宣布，将于今年黑五，在全球包括英国在内的30多个国家进行罢工。

      Progressive International联合组织发言人表示，今年的罢工行动或将是迄今为止影响最大的一次，这意味着亚马逊旺季订单配送可能会遭到更大的破坏。

       随着黑五的临近，亚马逊必须紧急考虑他们的优先事项，否则罢工行动可能会给顾客和公众带来干扰。

       值得一提的是，亚马逊宣布自10月15日起，将投资1.7亿英镑，以此提高亚马逊一线运营员工的最低工资，不过具体薪资取决于地点。

       英国一线运营员工时薪上调至11.80英镑。到2024年4月份，亚马逊还将进一步涨薪至每小时12.30-13.00英镑，具体涨幅也是取决于工人所处地区。
