Incheon Airport strengthens cooperation with FedEx

Incheon International Airport highlighted the latest developments it hopes will help boost cargo volumes. The airport said FedEx opened a new cargo terminal at the airport last October.

The airport said it was "stepping up its work with the delivery giant" and recently welcomed Richard Smith, president of FedEx Aviation and International, to visit the facility.

The number of express mails handled per hour has greatly increased from 8,100 to more than 20,000, which is expected to greatly increase the cargo throughput of Incheon International Airport.
