COSCO Shipping issued a notice:

Dear Customer:

EU Customs will formally implement the new rules of manifest declaration, requiring goods shipped to or passing through the EU globally to submit entry declaration (ENS) through the EU import control system (ICS2).

From now on, you can provide the entry/transit declaration data required by the EU through the freight instructions section of our official website:

At least 6 HS CODE

Economic Operator Registration and Identification Number (EORI) of the consignee registered in the European Union, or full address of the consignee (country, city name, street name + number or PO box number)

For direct customers, you need to provide the EORI number of the Seller and Buyer information declarer, or request the shipping company to report the Buyer and Seller details on its behalf

The freight forwarder or NVOCC shall provide the EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) number of the House B/L declarant

Our company will promptly inform you of the latest progress and operation methods through the company website, official account, etc. You can contact the local COSCO Shipping Container Lines service window at any time to obtain more detailed operation manual content.
