CMA CGM Completes New York Terminal Acquisition

CMA CGM announced that it has completed the acquisition of two container terminals in New York Port and New Jersey as the company's supply chain business grows in the United States.

The company announced in December 2022 that it had reached an agreement to acquire Bayona and New York terminals from Canada's Global Container Terminals Company (GCT).

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but media reports suggest the deal could be worth about $3 billion.
