It is worth mentioning that UPS announced on April 1 that the company has obtained an important air cargo contract from the United States Postal Service (USPS), which will take effect immediately and greatly expand the existing cooperative relationship between the two parties. After the transition period, UPS will become the main air cargo supplier of the United States Post Service, responsible for transporting most of the US Post Service's air cargo in the United States.

In addition, FedEx said in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing on April 1 that its agreement to provide U.S. domestic transportation services for the U.S. Postal Service will expire on September 29.
