Sudden: Moscow International Air Airport A380 collides with water tanker



Foreign media reported that on the afternoon of 27th local time, a truck crashed into an A380 passenger plane of Emirates Airlines, causing serious damage to the fuselage at Domodedovo Airport in Moscow, Russia.


According to the report, the flight involved is EK134, which is planned to fly from Moscow Domodedovo Airport to Dubai, and is operated by an A380 (registration number A6-EDM) of Emirates Airlines.


The airport said no passengers were injured. The flight was canceled because the plane was damaged. The plane will remain in Russia for repairs.


An Emirates spokesman said: "Emirates flight EK134 has been cancelled due to a collision between a ground service vehicle and the aircraft before passengers boarded the plane. The company has re-booked other Emirates flights for all affected passengers. Emirates apologizes for any inconvenience caused, and the safety of passengers and crew is of vital importance."


At present, the cause of the accident is still under investigation.

       外媒报道,当地时间27日下午,在俄罗斯莫斯科多莫杰多沃机场一辆卡车撞上了阿联酋航空一架准备起飞的A380客机,致机身严重受损。


       报道称,涉事航班为EK134航班,计划从莫斯科多莫杰多沃机场飞往迪拜,由阿联酋航空一架A380(注册号为A6-EDM)执飞。


       机场方面称,机上乘客没有受伤。因飞机受损,航班取消。这架飞机将暂时留在俄罗斯境内进行修理。


       阿联酋航空发言人称:“由于地面服务车辆在乘客登机前与该架飞机发生碰撞,阿联酋航空EK134航班已被取消。公司已为所有受影响的乘客重新预订了其他的阿联酋航空航班。阿联酋航空对由此造成的任何不便深表歉意,乘客和机组人员的安全至关重要。”


       目前,事故原因仍在调查当中。
