Korean Air will cooperate with DHL International Express

DHL Global Forwarding is continuing to add direct connectivity to the reservation systems of its aviation partners, this time with Korean Air.

Korean Air said this is the first time it has connected its reservation system directly to a freight forwarder. The Application Program Interface (API) system will allow DHL to make reservations directly from its own CargoWise system without having to access the airline's platform.

Korean Air said:"This integration improves workflow efficiency by enabling real-time data exchange between airlines and customers, making it easier to obtain flight schedules and air cargo rates."

Max Sauberschwarz, Head of Global Air Transport at DHL Global Forwarding, added:"We are pleased to announce a direct booking link with our longtime partner Korean Air Cargo via CargoWise.

"This simplifies our internal processes and improves customer efficiency. This is another step in our digital journey and shows our continuous commitment to providing customers with the value of air cargo."

       DHL Global Forwarding正在继续为其航空合作伙伴的预订系统增加直接连接，这次是与大韩航空整合。

       大韩航空表示，这是该公司首次将其预订系统直接与货运代理连接。应用程序接口(API)系统将允许DHL直接从自己的CargoWise系统进行预订，而无需访问航空公司的平台。
