COSCO Shipping opened a new direct flight route

COSCO Shipping, a container shipping subsidiary of COSCO Shipping Group, opened the first direct flight route connecting the east coast of North America and the west coast of South America.

The new route will directly connect Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Eastern America, and will further optimize COSCO Shipping's regional service network to support its global digital supply chain services.

COSCO Shipping Line said that this is the first direct service from the east coast of North America to the west coast of South America, which has made a breakthrough in the United States and provided more choices for customers in regional and emerging markets.

COSCO Shipping (Central America) currently operates 27 regional shipping services in the Americas, covering 24 countries and 52 ports in South and North America.

       中远海运集团旗下的集装箱运输子公司中远航运开通了第一条连接北美东海岸和南美西海岸的直航航线。

       新航线将直接连接智利、秘鲁、厄瓜多尔、哥伦比亚和东部美洲，将进一步优化中远航运的区域服务网络，支持其全球数字供应链服务。

       中远航运公司表示，这是北美东海岸到南美西海岸的第一次直接服务，在美国取得了突破，为区域和新兴市场的客户提供了更多选择。

       中远航运（中美洲）公司目前在美洲经营27个区域航运服务，覆盖南美和北美的24个国家和52个港口。
