Korean Air will expand its international air route network in summer

SkyTeam member Korean Air recently announced that it will expand its summer route network from March 31, including restoring several routes and increasing the frequency of flights on many existing routes. This expansion will bring the airline's international capacity to about 96% of the pre-epidemic level.

Korean Air will resume flights between Seoul and Zurich from April 2, three times a week. From April 23, it will return to Zhangjiajie, China, three times a week from its Incheon hub. From April 24, it will resume flights to Zhengzhou, China four times a week. On April 25, it will resume daily flights from Busan to Bangkok, which has been interrupted for nearly four years.

In addition, Korean Air will increase the Seoul-Incheon-Budapest route from 3 to 4 flights per week, the Seoul-Incheon-Bangkok route from 3 to 4 flights per day, and the Seoul-Incheon-Manila route from 2 to 3 flights per day.

Beginning in January, Korean Air also added two flights to its Seoul-Incheon-Bali route, offering 11 flights per week. In North America, Korean Air will upgrade its Seoul-Incheon-Dallas route from four flights per week to one flight per day.

With Incheon International Airport as its center, Korean Air currently has 160 aircraft serving 111 cities in 40 countries on 5 continents.
