Saudi Arabian Air Transport Company opens regular international cargo routes

Recently, a B777 cargo plane of Saudi Arabian Airlines took off from Shenzhen Airport to Riyadh, which is the third cargo route encrypted by Shenzhen Airport this year, and it is also the first time that Saudi Arabian Airlines has opened a regular international cargo route at Shenzhen Airport.

After the opening of this route, the number of outbound cargo flights from Shenzhen Airport to Riyadh increased to 11 every week, and the weekly outbound capacity increased to over 1,100 tons. At present, Shenzhen Airport Cargo Airlines has reached Dubai, Sharjah, Riyadh, Istanbul and Tel Aviv, with more than 38 inbound and outbound cargo flights every week.

In 2022, the two heads of state signed a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between China and Saudi Arabia. In 2023, the total value of China's exports to Saudi Arabia reached 4.29 billion US dollars. With the continuous deepening of the "the belt and road initiative" initiative, the cooperation between the two sides in the fields of e-commerce, digital economy and people-to-people exchanges has also been pioneering and innovating.

Saudi Arabian Airlines is the national airline of Saudi Arabia and one of the largest airlines in the Middle East. "The increasingly perfect aviation logistics ecology of Shenzhen Airport has promoted the airline company's continuous increase in capacity, and we hope to continue to deepen cooperation with Shenzhen Airport." The CEO of Saudi Arabian Airlines said.

At present, the number of domestic and foreign airlines operating all cargo routes at Shenzhen Airport has increased to 25, and there are 37 navigation points of international and regional cargo routes at Shenzhen Airport, with over 250 international and regional cargo flights every week, which can basically achieve the goals of one-day delivery of domestic goods originating from Shenzhen, two days delivery of international goods to major cities in Asia and other major cities in the world in three days at the earliest.

沙特阿拉伯国际空运公司开通定期国际货运航线

       近日，沙特阿拉伯航空一架B777全货机由深圳机场起飞前往利雅得，这是深圳机场今年加密的第三条货运航线，也是沙特阿拉伯航空首次在深圳机场开通定期国际货运航线。

       该航线开通后，深圳机场每周通往利雅得的出港货运航班增加至11班，每周出港运力增加至1100吨以上。目前，深圳机场货运航已通达迪拜、沙迦、利雅得、伊斯坦布尔、特拉维夫，每周进出港货运航班超过38架次。

       2022年，两国元首签署中沙全面战略伙伴关系协议。2023年，中国对沙特阿拉伯出口商品总值达到42.9亿美元。随着共建“一带一路”倡议持续深入推进，双方在丝路电商、数字经济、人文交流等领域的合作也不断开拓创新。

       沙特阿拉伯航空是沙特阿拉伯的国家航空公司，是中东地区规模最大航空公司之一。“深圳机场日益完善的航空物流生态，对航司持续增加运力投放起到促进作用，我们希望持续深化与深圳机场的合作。”沙特阿拉伯航空首席执行官表示。

       目前，在深圳机场运营全货机航线的国内外航空公司增加至25家，深圳机场国际及地区货运航线通航点达37个，每周国际及地区货运航班超250架次，可基本实现深圳始发的国内货物1天送达，国际货物最快2天内送达亚洲各主要城市、最快3天内送达全球其他主要城市的目标。
