Dubai Global Port will build a new giant container port in India

DP World has signed a concession agreement with India's Deendaya Port Authority to develop, operate and maintain a new mega container terminal of 2.19 million TEUs per year in the city of Candeira in Gujarat on India's west coast.

The terminal, called Greenfield, is expected to be completed in 2027, close to the existing Deendayal port and will be able to handle ships carrying more than 18,000 TEUs. Dubai Global Port will invest 510 million US dollars for this. 

迪拜环球港务将在印度新建巨型集装箱港

       迪拜环球港务（DP World）与印度Deendaya港务局签了一项特许协议，将在印度西海岸古吉拉特邦的坎德拉市开发、运营和维护一个每年219万标准箱的新巨型集装箱码头。

       Greenfield码头预计将于2027年竣工，靠近Deendayal港口，并将能处理运载量超过1.8万标准箱的船舶。迪拜环球港务将为此投资5.1亿美元。
