CMA CGM Group acquired Bollor é Logistics for 4.85 billion euros

Bollor é Group and CMA CGM Group announced on February 29th that Bollor é Logistics has been sold 100% to CMA CGM Group. The transaction price is 4.85 billion euros, based on the estimated debt and cash at the completion date.

It is reported that the acquisition of Bollor é Logistics is the largest acquisition of CMA CGM since its establishment, and will be an important strategy for the Group to develop logistics activities. 

Bollor é Logistics is a European company specializing in freight forwarding and logistics services. Through its international network, Bollor é Logistics provides freight forwarding services by sea, land and air and various logistics services, such as value-added warehousing, packaging and distribution solutions. The company is active in France, Europe, especially in the Asia-Pacific region, followed by the Middle East/South Asia region.

Bollor é Logistic achieved a turnover of 7.1 billion euros in 2022, transporting 710,000 TEUs of sea cargo and 390,000 tons of air cargo, and a storage capacity of 900,000 square meters.

In recent years, CMACGM has been committed to strengthening the differentiation of its logistics expertise and the vertical of high-value industries. With the acquisition of Bollor é Logistics, CMACGM Group will become the top five logistics institutions in the world, which indicates that the logistics diversification of the Group has been further accelerated. 

CMA CGM集团48.5亿欧元收购Bolloré物流

       Bolloré集团与CMA CGM集团2月29日宣布，Bolloré物流已100%出售给CMA CGM集团。交易价格为48.5亿欧元，基于完成日期时估计的债务和现金。

       据悉，收购Bolloré Logistics是CMA CGM自成立以来规模最大的一笔收购，将是该集团发展物流活动的一个重要战略。

       Bolloré Logistics是一家专门从事货运代理和物流服务的欧洲公司，通过其国际网络提供海陆空货运代理服务及各种物流服务，如增值仓储、包装和配送解决方案等。该公司活跃于法国、欧洲，尤其在亚太地区，其次为中东/南亚地区。

       Bolloré Logistics2022年实现了71亿欧元的营业额，运输了71万标准箱的海运货物和39万吨的空运货物，以及90万平方米的存储能力。
