According to the person in charge of the electric vehicle manufacturers in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, 20% to 40% of the total electric vehicles they produce every year will go abroad, covering 70 countries and regions. There are more than 160 electric vehicle export enterprises in Xishan District, and brand stores have been opened in more than 140 countries and regions around the world.

Shipping export of lithium battery goods requires a dangerous goods packaging certificate, that is, a dangerous package certificate. The packaging manufacturer needs to issue a certificate at the inspection and quarantine department of the local customs. The lithium battery manufacturer should go to the local customs to prove that the outer box of the packaging manufacturer used for packaging meets the requirements of lithium battery packaging, and apply for a use appraisal certificate. The dangerous package certificate contains: performance certificate, performance sheet and use appraisal report result sheet.

锂电池货物海运出口需要做危险品包装证明，也就是危包证。包装的生产厂家需要到本地海关的检验检疫科出具证明。锂电池生产厂家到当地海关证明包装所使用的包装厂家的外箱符合锂电池包装要求，并申请使用鉴定书。危包证所包含的内容有：性能证、性能单、使用鉴定报告结果单。
