According to the Shanghai Shipping Exchange's latest comprehensive freight index of Shanghai's export containers is 1759.57 points, a sharp increase of 40.2% compared with the previous period. Among them, the tension between Europe and the Red Sea is still continuing, resulting in an increase in shipping distance and cost, which will cause the Asia-Europe route to face a tight capacity situation in the short term.
Previously, the main container liner shipping companies on Asia-Europe routes decided that their ships would make detours, but some shipping companies announced that they would resume sailing in the Red Sea region.
At present, there are great differences in the shipping market. In the future, the commercial shipping from the Red Sea to Suez Canal will face great uncertainty due to the geographical situation.
Last week, the market freight rate continued to rise sharply. On December 29th, the freight rate (shipping and shipping surcharge) of Shanghai Port exported to Europe and Mediterranean base port market was US $2,694/TEU and US $3,491/TEU, up 80% and 70% respectively compared with the previous period.
欧线价格涨幅超80%，地缘局持续紧张
据上海航运交易所消息，上周，中国出口集装箱运输市场继续受到地缘风险的考验，由于红海地区依然面临武装袭击的威胁，亚欧等航线运输市场受此影响，市场运价继续大涨，带动综合指数大幅上行。
根据上海航运交易所最新发布的上海出口集装箱综合运价指数为1759.57点，较上期大幅上涨40.2%。其中，欧地航线，红海地区紧张局势仍在持续，导致航运距离和成本增加，短期内造成亚欧航线面临运力紧张的局面。
此前，亚欧航线的主要集装箱班轮运输公司决定旗下船只将绕道，但已有部分船公司宣布将恢复在红海地区的航行。
目前，航运市场存在着较大的分歧，未来一段时间，红海至苏伊士运河的商业航运将因地缘局势面临极大的不确定性。
上周市场运价继续大幅上涨。12月29日，上海港出口至欧洲、地中海基本港市场运价（海运及海运附加费）为2694美元/TEU和3491美元/TEU，较上期分别上涨80%、70%。
