The impact is serious! The scope of DHL workers' strike action in the United States has expanded 

As industrial action at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) began earlier this month, workers are gradually stepping up their strikes, resulting in DHL now facing disputes across the United States.

CVG is the main international hub of DHL Express in the United States, serving 130 DHL flights and 60 DHL aircraft every day. At CVG, DHL handles goods destined for the United States, Canada, Mexico and Latin America, and handles about 50 million international goods every year.

At present, DHL Express employees have extended their protests to several cities in the United States, including Boston and Los Angeles. More people are expected to join the strike action.

More than 1,100 workers at DHL Express, members of the "Local 100" unit of the International Brotherhood of Truckers, went on strike on Dec. 7 to protest CVG's working conditions. DHL has moved cargo flights from CVG to avoid the impact of the strike on air cargo business.

However, the Teamsters union represents more than 6,000 members of DHL across the United States, and strike action could cause supply chain disruption during the traditional air cargo peak season.

Except for DHL Express, cargo carriers operating at CVG include Alaska Air Cargo, American Cargo, Delta Cargo, FedEx, Southwest Cargo and United Cargo.

       随着本月初辛辛那提/北肯塔基国际机场(CVG)的工业行动开始，工人们正逐渐加大罢工力度，导致DHL目前在美国各地都面临着纠纷。

       CVG是DHL快递在美国的主要国际枢纽，每天为130个DHL航班提供服务，拥有60架DHL飞机。在CVG，DHL负责处理运往美国、加拿大、墨西哥和拉丁美洲的货物，每年处理约5000万件国际货物。

       目前，DHL快递的员工已将他们的抗议活动扩展到美国多个城市，包括波士顿和洛杉硝。预计还会有更多人加入罢工行动。

       DHL快递公司的1100多名工人是国际卡车司机兄弟会下属的“Local 100”成员，他们于12月7日开始罢工，抗议CVG的劳动条件。DHL为避免罢工对航空货运业务的影响，已经将货运航班从CVG调离。

       然而，美国卡车司机工会(Teamsters union)代表DHL在全美的6000多名成员，罢工行动可能会在传统的航空货运旺季导致供应链中断。
