ONE official announced the establishment of a new company! Expand the global network
On December 11th, ONE announced the establishment of a brand-new subsidiary, ONE DEJIMA CO.LTD, in Nagasaki, Japan. The new company has a registered capital of 100 million yen (equivalent to a contract of 680,000 US dollars), and plans to officially start its business in April 2024, aiming to help support some operational functions of ONE's global headquarters in Singapore and expand ONE's global network.
In addition to the establishment of the new company, ONE is also committed to strengthening investment in human resources. At the same time, the company has also set up an Advanced Ocean Container Transportation Engineering Laboratory (AOCTEL) in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, dedicated to training talents with professional skills.
ONE is Ocean Network Express (referred to as ONE Shipping Company for short), which is formed by integrating the centralized transportation business of Japan's three major shipping companies-Japan Post Shipping, Merchant Shipping Mitsui and Kawasaki Steamship. It officially opened on April 1,2018.
On July 7,2017, Japan's three major shipping companies issued a joint announcement, announcing the establishment of a holding company and operation to jointly operate the container transportation business. The name of the holding company is Ocean Network Express Holdings, Ltd., located in Tokyo, Japan; The operating company is Ocean Network Express Pte.Ltd. and is located in Singapore.
According to official data, ONE currently operates in 47 countries and regions around the world, with 211 offices and 7,736 employees. It is headquartered in Singapore and has regional headquarters in Hong Kong, Britain, the United States and Brazil. As of December 12,2023, ONE's total capacity was 1,782,283TEU, with a total capacity of 231 ships, ranking sixth in the world.

12月11日，海洋网联船务(ONE)宣布在日本长崎成立全新的子公司——ONE DEJIMA CO.LTD。新公司注册资本为1亿日元（折合约68万美元），计划于2024年4月正式启动业务，旨在协助支持ONE新加坡全球总部的部分运营职能，并扩大ONE的全球网络。
除了新公司的建立，ONE还致力于加强在人力资源方面的投资。同时，公司也在日本熊本县设立了高级远洋集装箱运输工程实验室(AOCTEL)，致力于培养具备专业技能的人才。
ONE是由日本三大航运公司——日本邮船、商船三井、川崎汽船整合集运业务而成的Ocean Network Express(简称ONE船公司),2018年4月1日正式运营。
2017年7月7日，日本三大船公司发布联合公告，宣布成立联合运营集运业务的控股公司和运营其中，控股公司名称为Ocean Network Express Holdings,Ltd.，位于日本东京；运营公司名称为Ocean Network Express Pte.Ltd.，位于新加坡。
官方数据显示，ONE目前业务遍布全球47个国家和地区，拥有211个办事处和7736名员工。总部位于新加坡，同时在中国香港、英国、美国和巴西设有区域总部。截至2023年12月12日，ONE的总运力为1782283TEU，共有231船船只，全球排名第六。
