A Chinese cargo ship sank in South Korea! 

On the morning of November 29th, local time, a Chinese cargo ship sank in the waters near Gageo-do, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do, South Korea. 

According to the South Korean Marine Police Department, at about 7:28 on November 29, the South Korean Marine Police received an alarm saying that a suspected Chinese cargo ship was sinking in the sea near Gageo-do, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do, South Korea.

The local marine police arrived at the scene at about 8:09 on the 29th and found that the general 200-ton Chinese cargo ship was sinking at an angle of about 45 degrees.

The coast guard then carried out rescue, but no crew members were found inside or outside the ship. As of 10 o'clock on the 29th, the Chinese cargo ship had completely sunk.

Recently, the ship attack, cargo damage and other incidents occur frequently, so the shipping company will not compensate the shipper for the cargo loss. If the hull is damaged, the shipping company can declare general average, and all the shippers will bear the loss of the shipping company.

一艘中国籍货轮在韩国沉没！

       当地时间11月29日上午，一船中国籍货船在韩国全罗南道新安郡可居岛附近海域沉没。

       据韩国海警部门消息报道，11月29日7时28分左右，韩国海警接到报警称一船疑似中国籍货轮在韩国全罗南道新安郡可居岛附近海上正在沉没中。

       当地海警于29日8时9分左右赶到现场，发现一般200吨级的中国货船正以约45度角倾斜的状态沉没。

       随后海岸警卫队开展救援，但在船内外都没有找到任何船员。截至29日10时许，这舰中国货船已完全沉没。

       近日，船舶遇袭、货物受损等事件频发，造成的货物损失，一般情况下船公司是不会赔偿货主的。如果船体受损的话，船公司可以宣布共同海损，由全体货主承担船公司的损失。
