       东方海外称，该公司没有通过任何渠道提供任何投资产品或服务。同时提醒客户，在处理任何使用东方海外名义，提供此类产品或服务的线上平台或应用程序时，需保持谨慎和警惕。因为此类平台或应用程序可能具有欺诈性、非法性，损害客户的利益。

       东方海外还提醒，如果遇到任何此类平台或应用程序，请不要提供任何个人或财务信息，也不要下载或安装任何软件或文件。建议客户直接向监管部门或执法部门报告任何可疑活动，并通过常用的联络方式向东方海外报告。
