The total length is 199.9 meters, dual fuel propulsion! BYD 7000 car transportation Start of ship making 

Recently, according to the official of Guangzhou Shipyard International, the No.1 ship of BYD's 7000-car dual-fuel vehicle carrier (PCTC) project undertaken by Guangzhou Shipyard International, a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Corporation, started in Nansha, Guangzhou. With the steady recommendation of export business and the gradual increase of export volume, BYD's demand for sea carriers is also increasing. 

BYD 7000 dual-fuel PCTC ship is a PCTC series ship "Green Low Carbon Upgrade 2.0" under construction by Guangzhou Shipyard International. The ship has a total length of 199.9 meters, a width of 38 meters, a designed draft of 9 meters and a designed speed of 18.5 knots. It adopts natural gas (LNG)/fuel dual-fuel propulsion system to meet the requirements of intelligent ships.

For the first time, it is equipped with battery system, shaft generator, energy-saving device, drag reduction antifouling paint and other energy-saving measures. It is a green, intelligent, environmentally friendly and efficient automobile carrier. 

总长199.9米、双燃料推进！比亚迪7000车汽车运输船首制船开工

       比亚迪7000车双燃料PCTC船是广船国际在建的PCTC系列船“绿色低碳升级版2.0”。该船总长199.9米，型宽38米，设计吃水9米，设计航速18.5节，采用天然气(LNG)/燃油双燃料推进系统，满足智能船舶要求。

       首次配备电池系统、轴带发电机，同时采用节能装置、减阻防污漆等各类节能措施，是一船绿色智能、环保高效的汽车运输船。

       订单于今年1月底成功生效，将保障比亚迪新能源汽车出口供应的稳定，在促进国车国运、支撑我国航运企业在汽车运输领域做大最强方面发挥重要作用。
