China's largest international transit port for commercial vehicles has added a new channel

Recently, Shandong's first "Japan-Yantai-Central Asia" new cross-border sea-rail intermodal transport channel for commercial vehicles was officially opened. This sea-rail intermodal train is equipped with a batch of Japanese transit commercial vehicles, which are transported from Yantai Port, Shandong Port to Kazakhstan. In July 2021, Yantai Port opened the first "Korea-Yantai-Central Asia" commercial vehicle transit train in Shandong. Now, Yantai Port has become the first port in Shandong with two commercial vehicle transit trains in Korea and Japan.

Yantai Port, as the logistics base of commercial vehicles in Shandong Port, the logistics hub port of commercial vehicles in northern China and the core of China's largest international transit port of commercial vehicles, has become increasingly prominent in its competitive advantages, contributing to the optimization of the global layout of automobile industry chain supply chain in countries along the "the belt and road initiative". 

中国最大商品车国际中转港又添新通道

       日前，山东首条“日本-烟台-中亚”商品车跨境海铁联运新通道正式启用。这趟海铁联运班列装有一批日本过境商品车，从山东港口烟台港出发运往哈萨克斯坦。2021年7月，烟台港开通山东首条“韩国—烟台—中亚”商品车水铁联运过境中转班列，如今，烟台港成为山东首个拥有韩国、日本两条商品车海铁联运过境中转班列的港口。

       烟台港作为山东港口商品车物流基地、中国北方商品车物流枢纽港、中国最大商品车国际中转港核心的竞争优势日益凸显，为“一带一路”沿线国家优化汽车产业链供应链全球布局作出贡献。
