Cross-border e-commerce freight volume increased by more than 200% year-on-year

Meng Xun, deputy general manager of Shanghai Airport Logistics Development Co., Ltd., said at the North Bund International Shipping Forum: Cross-border e-commerce has become a new bright spot in freight transportation this year, and the volume from January to July has increased by over 200% compared with last year.

On the one hand, the reasons are supported by national policies, and on the other hand, the demand of European and American markets is increasing because of the low price and good quality of Chinese goods. 

跨境电商货运量同比上涨超200%

       北外滩国际航运论坛上，来自上海机场物流发展有限公司副总经理孟迅称：跨境电商今年成了货运的一个新亮点，1-7月份的量相比去年同比上涨超200%。

       其原因一方面有国家政策的支持，另一方面也因中国物品物美价廉，欧美市场需求增加。
